Taken at my absolute most favorite spot on the Hoop Hole Trail in Botetourt County, VA, The stream, on its way to Craig Creek, comes cascading over the rocks into a rhododendron-edged pool that's about 6' deep. I applied a little bit of the Orton Effect to this image to add a dream-like quality that, I think, befits the surreal beauty of this place that can't be naturally captured by a camera.
